Our founder brought the flavors of Italy across the ocean, carrying recipes passed down through generations. From the Adriatic coast of Pescara to the heartland of America, the journey was long — but the mission never changed: make real, handcrafted Italian food the only way it should be made, from scratch.

"The sandwiches were absolutely delicious and especially on the fresh-made bread. Meatball Parm and Spicy Italian were up this time and exceptionally delicious. The Spicy Italian was spicy just right. Will def be back to try the rest of them. Atmosphere and overall experience was pleasant."
